Palazzo Mezzanotte was designed to host the headquarters of Borsa Italiana. From 1932 to the late 80es the brokers used to trade stocks by open outcry on the ground floor. Milano Fashion Global Summit chose this symbol of Milan's finance as location to underline and the importance of Milan and the Italian Fashion System in Italy's economy and to promote a closer link between the industry of fashion and the industry of finance.
